Q. How do I get started?
A. To begin taking courses, click, "Sign Up Now" on the home page.
Q. Why do I need to register as a new member?
A. Registering as a new member allows you to have access to take programs. After registering, your name should appear in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. You only need to register once and there is no expiration on your registration.
Q. What is a "book-style" program?
A. "Book-style" program reading materials are found in a separately purchased textbook. When choosing your program, you will know it is book-style if there are two asterisks (**) at the end of the title. For example, EKGs Made Easy** 20-67859 is a book-style program. Your purchase from this website includes purpose and objective information, the examination, the program evaluation and your certificate of completion. When you purchase the program, the system will display a link to Amazon.com for you to purchase the textbook if you need it. You may also purchase the books from Barnes and Noble. Q. I am the staff development or HR director for my organization. How can I get more information about your organizational contract program? A. Q. My certificate will not print. What can I do?
A. Make sure that you have Adobe Reader loaded on your computer: Go to Start, then Search or Find. Type in Adobe; if your computer finds the program you already have it installed. If nothing is found then you can go to www.adobe.com and download a free version. If you have the program installed, try turning off your pop-up blocker and reprinting your certificate again.
Q. I am getting a duplicate certificate. My new certificate will not print. A. Try clearing your cookies. Make sure you are logged out of the system, but logged onto the Internet. Go to the tool bar on the upper left corner of the screen. Click on the Tools tab, then Internet Options. Once the box opens, click on the General tab and select Delete Cookies. When all of these have been deleted you can try printing your certificate again. To get back to the certificate log back in and click on the Courses tab, then on Course History. You will see the title of the course and on the right side of the course title you can print the certificate. Please feel free to call us if you have additional questions. If you still can't open or print your certificate, call us at 866-650-3400 or submit you request using our online form for further assistance.
Q. I can't log in or I don't have my password.
A. Your login and password are case-sensitive. Be sure your CAPS LOCK is off and that you enter them exactly as you did when you registered. To re-set your password, please click this link or call 866-650-3400 or submit you request for assistance using our online form.
Q. I need to leave the test and come back later to finish it. Will the system save my answers?
A. Yes. When you return, go to Your Course History, click on the course title to return to the Course Description page and click on Continue Taking This Test Now. The system will return you to where you left off. If you have any questions about this process, please call 866-650-3400 during business hours, or submit your request using our online form.
Q. If I fail the test can I retake it? How many times? A. Yes. You can log in and retake a test as many times as you need, at no additional charge. You have one year to complete a course from the time you purchase it.
Q. Do you offer a guarantee?
A. Absolutely. We'll give you 100% of your program price back if you have not completed your program and request the refund in writing (e-mail is OK) within 30 days of your purchase. Please tell us why you're dissatisfied and give us an opportunity to improve our service to you.
Q. What if I need a program you don't offer, or I have an idea for a new program?
